Nanny Cams.. for Mom’s with Nannies?
Any Mom’s out there have an in-home Nanny? I am wondering about Nanny cams, how much they cost and how they work? Are they worth it or not? A friend of mine has offered to Nanny for me when I go back to work in July.. she has a 2 month of her own. Would you trust your Nanny 100% especially if she was your friend.. a good friend but not a friend I consider a BEST friend. Thanks for your advice.
worth every Penney..never trust anyone with you children….one second and it could be too late..dont care if she was my best friend…you can get a system for under 200$
lots of people with hurt or dead children have said" but i trusted them" even if they treat their own children good.. they may react differently with a child that’s not theirs..

I am a childcare provider- and I know that I expect parents to check up on me. It’s good to have a nanny cam. This offers you peace of mind. Don’t trust anyone. Ever. I would never do anything to hurt a baby but I have seen and heard a lot of horrible stories. Get your friend to nanny- and get a nanny cam. Period.

I wouldn’t leave my child with someone I didn’t feel I could trust completely, so having a nannycam would be ridiculous. Besides, if you see the way she handles her own child, and you approve of her methods, then that should be enough reassurance.

I have several good friends that I would trust completely w/ my son. I would not need a nanny cam w/ any of them. Now, if I hired a person that I did not know, I may consider a camera. You just never know these days. I guess it’s better to be safe than sorry.

I think if you feel like you need a nannycam then there is a feeling you have that this person is not completely trustworthy.
and you should trust your maternal instincts.

You should only let someone you really trust care for your baby. If your friend has child how does she treat her child? would you like your child treated like that or better? make sure you know the person really good before leaving your baby to anyone. Good luck

I was a nanny and am currently a mother. I would have no problem with a nanny cam if I found out one was being used on me. It helps to ease the parents mind on if their child is being properly taken care of.
