Has anyone ever won a case in California where you used a spy cam to video sexual harassment at work? ?

I am considering putting a spy camera in my office to video tape (it’s a spy camera/nanny camera and has audio too) sexual harassment by the owner of the company towards me. As I am the manager, I have no one to speak to about the harassment. I have directly asked him to stop several times, but to no avail. I know that in California audio is usually not admissible. Has anyone ever heard of a case of sexual harassment where they were able to use the video/audio in court?
Thank you!

honestly, i would go ahead and video tape the son of a bitch.

in California, you are protected by whistle blower laws and having worked for an employment whistle blowing law office…

all’s fair in love and law.

let me ask you this:

how many tv specials do you see on TV where you see employees behaving badly and they were caught on tape?

what could he really say when it comes out that you were being harassed and its on video?

"oh, we dont allow video cameras at work."

"well, california doesnt allow sexual harassment in the workplace either so what are you going to do about it?"

is how i anticipate the conversation going.

is he going to say that you doctored the tape to make him look bad?

HA! please.

contact the labor board also- and i think i would contact them first- because you will soon need a right-to-sue letter.

i write a hell of a nasty gram, but in the meantime i hope this helps.
